Kai has over fifteen years’ experience in the design and project management of civil engineering works for urban development projects. Kai started with Cossill & Webley in the Perth office in 2010 before relocating to Melbourne in 2016. Kai has led Cossill & Webley’s involvement across several masterplanned residential communities, working closely with the client and consultant team to unlock project value through early-stage infrastructure planning and design. He has built a strong track record in navigating complex authority approvals and servicing negotiations to drive great project outcomes.
Areas of expertise
Assisting clients with land acquisitions, development of road, drainage and services design for residential land development projects. Practical project management skills include team management, client liaison, contractor management, cost control, cost estimation, design reviews and the development of lump-sum civil works contracts.
