• Completed a degree or diploma in civil engineering, or a related construction discipline, or demonstrated equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in site inspection, construction surveillance or clerk of works roles for land development projects.
• Sound knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and workmanship standards for roads, drainage, earthworks and utility services.
• Experience conducting site inspections, auditing works against approved engineering drawings and specifications, and preparing inspection reports.

• Completed a degree or diploma in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil and/or electrical design for land development projects
• Proficient in CAD software, including 12D and AutoCAD (civil/electrical) or Microstation (electrical)
• Experience in the preparation of design drawings, including roads, drainage, earthworks, walls, wastewater, water, power and communications
• Have an efficient and meticulous manner with the desire to produce outstanding results for our clients
