Program Overview
Our two-year graduate program combines structured learning with practical experience across a range of civil or electrical engineering projects and disciplines. Through rotations across different project types, you’ll gain broad exposure to real clients, real challenges, and real outcomes – building both your technical capability and professional confidence.
Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll receive direct mentorship, regular feedback, and ongoing support from our senior team as you progress toward chartership and beyond.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the program allows you to balance your work commitments with university timetables and exam periods, so you can succeed both academically and professionally.

Cossill & Webley operates across Victoria and Western Australia, with projects commonly located in growing outer metropolitan areas where new infrastructure is required to support residential communities. We also deliver infill developments, which involve redeveloping established areas and upgrading infrastructure to meet evolving community needs.
Cossill & Webley offers a range of career pathways including design engineering, drafting, construction engineering and project engineering. Our team works collaboratively from project conception through to completion, providing exposure to all stages of project delivery. We support each employee with tailored development opportunities and long-term career progression aligned to their strengths and interests.
Our Graduate Program provides hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects and disciplines within the business. Graduates work alongside experienced engineers and industry leaders, gaining exposure to different areas of the company to help build technical skills, confidence and a clear understanding of the career pathway best suited to their interests.
Cossill & Webley typically recruits graduate engineers at mid-year and end-of-year to align with the completion of tertiary studies. Internships are offered year-round and opportunities may vary depending on project requirements and business needs throughout the year.
