Our History
Founded in 1989 in Perth, Cossill & Webley Consulting Engineers has grown into one of Australia’s most respected civil engineering consultancies.
From our Western Australian roots, we have delivered landmark urban, infrastructure and energy projects across the state, including award-winning communities at Ellenbrook, Alkimos and Brighton, helping shape some of Western Australia’s most significant developments.
In 2016, we expanded into Victoria with the opening of our Melbourne office, now a key pillar of the business. Our newest office in Geelong further strengthens our presence in the region, supporting strong growth in land development and infrastructure across Victoria.
Led by a management team having deep expertise across the Land Development industry, we continue to deliver innovative, sustainable and award-winning outcomes for clients across complex, multi-disciplinary projects
