Willow Springs

Willow Springs is a 400-lot residential community located within the Rockbank Precinct Structure Plan area.

Situated in the City of Melton, Victoria’s fastest growing region, Willow Springs is centred around a sprawling 7,000sqm of parkland, reinforcing the vision of a 20-minute neighbourhood. The development offers convenient access to a range of existing and future amenities, including shops and an entertainment precinct as well as numerous primary and secondary schools.

Willow Springs offers easy access to key transport links, with Rockbank Train Station just 1.5km away, providing a 35-minute commute to Melbourne’s CBD. To support safe access, Cossill & Webley were required to upgrade Greigs Road from a rural to an urban standard, delivering safe and convenient vehicle access for future residents.

As the first development along the Greigs Road frontage in the western area of the Rockbank Precinct Structure Plan, Willow Springs required early investment in major infrastructure. Cossill & Webley delivered trunk sewer and potable water services from the eastern development front. This critical infrastructure provided benefit to not only Willow Springs, but the broader area including the future Rockbank South Precinct Structure Plan area.
