Whiteman Edge

Whiteman Edge by Stockland was an award-winning, family-friendly masterplanned community located in Brabham, just 23km from the Perth CBD. Since the project’s inception in 2010, Cossill & Webley has proudly led the civil engineering delivery for this landmark development, which played a pivotal role in shaping the suburb of Brabham within the City of Swan.

Home to over 2,400 residential lots, Whiteman Edge offered a diverse range of housing options alongside seven hectares of retail and commercial space. Designed with interconnected parks, long walking trails, and expansive open spaces, Whiteman Edge incorporated water-sensitive urban design principles that responded to the natural landform.

Located adjacent to the Whiteman Park METRONET Station, the development offered exceptional connectivity and convenience.

In 2024, Whiteman Edge was recognised with top honours in the Masterplanned Communities category at the UDIA Awards for Excellence, reflecting its high-quality planning, vibrant community, and engineering excellence.
