Formerlly the Channel Seven studio site in Dianella, Seven Hills consists of 7.29 hectares with 7000sq m of public open space and 6,500sq m of bush forever conservation land. The vision for is to offer buyers a fashionable location in an elevated position with street views overlooking the hills to the east. The estate captures the feel of the previous Channel 7 studios, with streets and parks named in keeping with this vision.
