Seven Hills

Seven Hills

Located on the former Channel Seven studio site in Dianella, Seven Hills is a boutique infill development that combines elevated living with rich local heritage. Cossill & Webley was engaged to deliver the full engineering design and superintendence of the project, guiding it from concept through to completion.

The 7.29-hectare site has been transformed into a high-quality residential community featuring 143 homesites, 7,000 sqm of public open space, and 6,500 sqm of protected Bush Forever conservation land. Our team successfully navigated a range of complex challenges, including the retention of large Morton Bay fig trees and other significant vegetation across the site, the management of steep grades, and sensitive interfaces with both Bush Forever areas and an existing Water Corporation reservoir. We also worked closely with adjoining residents and a nearby school to ensure the project was delivered with minimal disruption and strong community integration.

Reflecting the site’s premium location and history, the estate was designed with high-end treatments throughout, including quality streetscape materials, integrated public art, and bespoke street furniture. Streets and parks were named in honour of the site’s Channel 7 broadcasting legacy, while its elevated position offers views to the eastern hills – culminating in a cohesive, distinctive, and memorable urban community.
