Savana

Savana is a 15-stage masterplanned community in Wyndham Vale, completed in 2024. Cossill & Webley was appointed in 2018 to deliver the project for Stage 6 onwards, which represented the first project that the Melbourne Office delivered in construction.

The development features extensive open spaces including local parks, a portion of the Werribee Township Regional Park and a Growling Grass Frog conservation reserve. The red gum-lined banks of the Werribee River provide shade for residents to enjoy birdwatching or even catch a glimpse of a platypus.

Savana is exceptionally well-connected, with the Wyndham Vale train station just a short walk away and Manor Lakes Central Shopping Centre among the many local amenities, making it a highly convenient location for residents.

As part of the project, Cossill & Webley delivered the 525mm diameter branch sewer to service Stage 10 onwards and successfully negotiated a full reimbursement of the delivery fees for the client from Greater Western Water.
