Samara Casuarina

Samara Casuarina is a 60-hectare masterplanned development comprising of large format retail, commercial and residential precincts. The estate was strategically planned and engineered with end user, Costco in mind.

The development required the relocation of existing services and main drainage, extension of services and close coordination with Main Roads to deliver upgrades to Thomas Road.

Cossill & Webley have been involved in the development of Samara Casuarina since 2017, providing ongoing engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
