Meridian Park

Cossill & Webley is proud to support the ongoing development of Meridan Park for Development WA, having delivered all constructed works at the industrial estate since the project’s inception.

Our involvement has included successfully delivered design and contract administration services across all completed stages of industrial subdivision. This has included major offsite electrical and water infrastructure extensions, road networks designed to accommodate for Restricted Access Vehicles and large-scale earthworks delivered in coordination with DevelopmentWA’s quarrying operations.

Located in Neerabup, Western Australia, Meridian Park is key industrial precinct within the wider Neerabup Industrial Area. It is home to the Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct (AARP), Australia’s largest testing and development site for next-generation automation, robotics, remote operations and zero emissions technology.

Cossill & Webley has assisted DevelopmentWA in establishing the AARP site by providing design and contract administration services to deliver the enabling infrastructure and services essential to this unique precinct.
