Madigan at Baynton West

Madigan Estate is Karratha’s newest residential community located on the western edge of the city in the Pilbara region. The development is delivering valuable residential land to the area, with 189 lots constructed between 2023 and 2026 and the potential for a larger masterplanned development spanning 68 hectares and accommodating more than 600 residential lots.

Once complete, the estate will include a new school and is located adjacent to Madigan Creek, enhancing its connection to the surround natural environment.
