Cossill & Webley is proud to continue our long-standing partnership with Stockland as the lead civil engineering consultant for Grevillea, a major new masterplanned community in Mariginiup, East Wanneroo.

Grevillea’s first 123-hectare tranche will deliver around 2,000 homes, including family lots and townhouse-style dwellings, with key ridge landforms retained as high-amenity green space. As the first consolidated community of this scale to commence in East Wanneroo—and with close access to Lakeside Joondalup—it is also the most accessible of Perth’s emerging northern growth corridors.

Situated within the East Wanneroo District Structure Plan, Grevillea will play a central role in the area’s long-term urbanisation, ultimately supporting a population of up to 150,000 residents.

Cossill & Webley’s strategic inputs secured critical infrastructure and supported the land’s urban rezoning, helping advance Grevillea from planning to delivery.
