Golden Bay

Cossill & Webley has proudly partnered with Peet on the award-winning Golden Bay development since 2008, when we were appointed to provide engineering input for the original Structure Plan.

Our involvement has spanned every stage of the project, with full responsibility for the design and superintendence of all civil works delivered to date.

Situated along the coast south of Perth in the City of Rockingham, Golden Bay is a major residential community comprising around 1,500 lots.

Construction commenced in 2011 and is ongoing, delivering a vibrant and well-connected neighbourhood that adjoins established residential areas, a primary school, and a new neighbourhood centre. A key focus has been preserving the area’s natural coastal features – including significant dune systems and native vegetation – while creating seamless links to the foreshore and beach.

Golden Bay stands as a model of balanced urban growth and environmental stewardship, and Cossill & Webley is proud to have played a pivotal role in its continuing success.
