Flynn Drive Duplication

Cossill & Webley is proud to be the engineering design consultant for the Flynn Drive Duplication project in Neerabup, a critical infrastructure upgrade for the City of Wanneroo. This significant infrastructure will provide a key east–west connection to the Mitchell Freeway, unlocking the development potential of the Neerabup Industrial Area and eastern Wanneroo.

The project involves the construction of a new dual carriageway between Wanneroo Road to Old Yanchep Road. It includes the design of new intersections and upgrades to existing ones to cater for larger vehicles, a provision of a 2m wide on-road cycling lane, and a 3m-wide dual shared path on both sides of the road, connecting to the existing path network. This project also includes significant improvements to road alignment, carriageway standards, and overall safety. These works will deliver better accessibility, improved traffic flow, and enhanced safety for all road users. With increasing traffic and future growth on the horizon, duplicating this important road will ensure smoother journeys, improved safety and greater capacity for years to come.

Cossill & Webley is responsible for the detailed design of the project, as well as leading stakeholder engagement and coordination with service authorities to ensure seamless delivery of this critical piece of infrastructure.
