Cossill & Webley was proud to support the delivery of FindonView – a premium residential development comprising 75 residential lots, located in Melbourne’s northern growth corridor.

Cossill & Webley was engaged to provide the civil design and documentation for the subdivision, including the design of a sediment basin, constructed waterway, and scheme drainage pipework. These works formed part of a broader integrated drainage solution, anchored by a significant landscaped creek corridor and a regional sedimentation pond to manage outfall drainage for the surrounding area.

The project construction phase brought significant challenges, particularly as the works being undertaken ran concurrently with major external roadworks adjacent to the site. Cossill & Webley worked closely with the project’s civil contractor and key external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination, helping to minimise cost and time delays.

Construction of the development commenced in 2022 and reached completion in 2024, delivering high-quality public realm outcomes and critical drainage infrastructure that supports both the FindonView community and the surrounding area.
