Cossill & Webley has proudly served as the consulting engineers on the award-winning Ellenbrook development since its inception in 1992.

Spanning over 12,000 residential lots, Ellenbrook comprises of eight distinctive villages and a thriving, modern town centre. Our team has been involved in every phase of the project from initial master planning through to delivery, helping shape one of Australia’s most successful urban developments.

The project features a diverse mix of residential offerings, including high-density cottages, group sites, commercial and mixed-use precincts, as well as significant regional open spaces and community infrastructure.

Our engineering contributions have included the design of critical headworks infrastructure, sewer pump stations, and major road extensions such as the Perth–Bunbury Highway. We have also worked with high-level care near sensitive assets including the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline.

Ellenbrook is Australia’s most awarded urban development, with more than 40 accolades to its name. In 2015, it earned global recognition as the World’s Best Masterplanned Community by the International Real Estate Federation.
