Cossil & Webley have been consulting engineers for LWP for the award-winning Ellenbrook project within the City of Swan since its inception in 1992.
The project includes 12,000 lots and has 8 distinct villages and a modern – regional town centre. Cossil & Webley has been involved in all aspects of the project development, from master planning to completion.
The Ellenbrook development includes a major town centre, regional open space and a variety of housing product types, commercial, mixed-use and high-density cottage and group sites.
Headworks infrastructure has included the design of sewer pump stations, the extension of the Perth-Bunbury Highway and working near the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas pipeline.
Ellenbrook is Australia’s most awarded urban development project, with more than 40 awards.
In 2015, it was officially recognised by the International Real Estate Federation as the world’s best master-planned community.
