Cossill & Webley played a central role in the transformation of this former processing factory site into one of Western Australia’s most celebrated residential developments.

Working in close collaboration with the project team, we provided comprehensive civil engineering services that were critical to the success of this complex infill development. Our scope included the design and delivery of new infrastructure while protecting and integrating with the existing urban environment.

A key feature of the project was the environmental remediation of both contaminated soils and an existing water body – now a central landscape and community asset. Our team led the design and implementation of these works, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and enhancing the site’s natural value.

Eliza Ponds went on to become the most awarded UDIA project in Western Australia across 2015 and 2016. It received four prestigious awards, including Best Residential Development Under 250 Lots (2016) – a testament to the project’s outstanding planning, design, and execution.
