Cossill & Webley is proud to be the lead civil engineering consultant on this landmark 1,500-lot development, providing comprehensive design and delivery services across all stages of the project.

Our scope includes:

• Design of subdivision works, including retaining walls
• Delivery of two signalised intersections connecting to Princes Highway
• Upgrading of existing rural roads to urban standards
• Design of a temporary sewer pumping station and rising main
• Delivery of 1,400m of off-site DN225/300 sewer infrastructure
• Installation of 1,500m of water and non-drinking water (NDW) extensions
• Design of a wetland retarding basin for stormwater management
• Development of a Water Supply Booster Pumping Station
