Austin Lakes

Cossill & Webley is proud to support the long-term delivery of Austin Lakes, a major masterplanned community located in South Yunderup, within the Shire of Murray in WA’s Peel region. Originally engaged by Satterley and continuing under current developer Wolfdene, Cossill & Webley has played a key role in shaping the civil engineering outcomes for this growing community.

Since Wolfdene’s acquisition, Cossill & Webley has delivered civil design and construction superintendence for 22 completed stages, totalling approximately 650 residential lots. In total, Wolfdene’s broader landholding at Austin Lakes has capacity for approximately 4,000 additional lots, marking it as one of the largest long-term developments in the region.

Austin Lakes is defined by its environmental context, with wetlands to the west requiring sensitive and strategic design of earthworks, stormwater, and sewer infrastructure. The development balances large-scale residential growth with proximity to natural and recreational amenities.

Cossill & Webley’s involvement has spanned the full lifecycle of delivery – from early structure planning and master planning input to detailed civil and servicing design, and ongoing construction superintendence. Our long-standing role at Austin Lakes reflects a trusted partnership, helping to guide the successful delivery of one of the Peel region’s most significant residential communities.
