David is a senior business leader with strong strategic, commercial and operational capability, developed across three decades as a consultant, including more than a decade leading high-performing business units and multi-disciplinary consulting teams. David is driving Cossill & Webley’s strategic initiatives, while overseeing our commercial operations and commitments to sustainability and innovation.
Areas of Expertise
David has multi-sector experience, including thirty years working across land development and major infrastructure (transport and utilities) projects, as a lead environmental consultant, strategic advisor, project director and design team member. His specialisation has been in coordinating the delivery of complex environmental work packages, both terrestrial and nearshore. Clients value his pragmatic advice and solutions-orientated approach.
