Chapel Road is a medium density development comprising of 164 townhouses in the established suburb of Keysborough. Fast-tracked through the Development Facilitation Program, this $56 million project delivers a mix of two- to five-bedroom townhouses, each featuring a private parking garage. The development is conveniently located opposite Keysborough Gardens Primary School and close to public transport, shops, parks and employment hubs.

Cossill & Webley is the lead civil engineering consultant, providing comprehensive design and delivery services across the project. A key component to unlocking the site was the approval of a drainage siphon solution which considerably reduced earthworks costs by over $500,000. This solution also improved boundary interfaces and enabled the retention of the majority of existing native trees along the northern and western boundaries, enhancing the projects environmental and streetscape outcomes.
