Lumeah

Lumeah is a Peet Complete townhouse development located in Cranbourne West. The project comprises 71 townhouses and forms part of the broader Lochaven Estate.

As one of Cossill & Webley’s first projects in Melbourne, Lumeah marked an important milestone for the team. Civil works commenced in 2018 and required detailed consideration of the sites existing interfaces which included three existing roads and an adjacent retirement village.

Cossill & Webley worked closely with Peet and the project architect to locate all service lead-ins to suit the built form product and also collaborated with the electrical consultant and landscape architect to maximise opportunities for tree planting and enhancing the overall public realm.
