Brabham

Brabham

Brabham is an award-winning masterplanned community located in Brabham, Western Australia. Spanning approximately 203 hectares, the development will ultimately deliver around 2,800 residential lots across more than 70 stages, along with two primary schools, a high school, a district and commercial centre and major district playing fields. With more than 850 homes already completed, Brabham is evolving into a well-connected and highly liveable urban community, further strengthened by its proximity to the new Whiteman Park Train Station.

Brabham has achieved a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, recognising it as a world-leading sustainable development. This places Brabham among a small group of projects in Western Australia to achieve this level of certification, alongside developments such as Alkimos Beach.

Cossill & Webley has provided civil engineering services across the project, supporting the delivery of essential infrastructure for this major growth community. Our scope includes the planning and design of roads, drainage, sewer, water, power and communications networks, as well as the delivery of major infrastructure works, including collection sewer mains. Through this long-term involvement, Cossill & Webley has enabled the staged delivery of Brabham while supporting its sustainability objectives, servicing strategy and future community growth.

Brabham’s commitment to innovation and sustainability has been recognised through multiple industry awards, and Cossill & Webley is proud to be contributing to this nationally recognised development.
