Orion Industrial Park

Orion Industrial Park is a 95-hectare industrial development located within the Latitude 32 Industrial Precinct. The Industrial Park is located at the northern end of Latitude 32 and the Western Trade Coast and is in close proximity to the Australian Marine Complex.

The development involved the remediation of a former quarry site, including the relocation of over two million cubic metres of bulk earthworks, designed and superintended by Cossill & Webley. The project scope also included industrial development adjacent a major freight railway, upgrades to surrounding roads including RAV 7 and RAV 4 compliant intersections, and the relocation of a DN900 water distribution main on behalf of the water authority.

The entire 95-hectare development was designed and constructed across two stages of civil works, proudly delivered by Cossill & Webley.
