Cossill & Webley played a key role in the planning and engineering design of a proposed industrial precinct at Perth Airport North, subject to regulatory approvals. Our team led the preparation of a detailed engineering servicing report to support subdivision planning and contributed to several iterations of master planning to respond to evolving project needs.

The long-term plan to develop the site presents a range of complex challenges, including environmental constraints, high groundwater, potential contamination, and strict height restrictions due to proximity to the airport runways. Major infrastructure considerations for future projects include stormwater drainage, traffic logistics, and adjacent land uses. Bound by existing Perth Airport runways to the south, rail to the east, and Kalamunda Road to the north, the site would also need to provide suitable access for industrial vehicles.
