Gap Ridge Homemaker Centre

Gap Ridge Homemakers Centre is a 32-hectare commercial precinct in Karratha, comprising of eight super lots that are fully serviced and ready for future development.

Cossill & Webley has been involved in the project since inception. delivering construction works that included the extension of essential services to the site and integration of the internal road network with existing Main Roads WA major roads networks, including Dampier Road and Madigan Road.

The project also required the construction of wastewater infrastructure adjacent to the environmentally and culturally sensitive Seven Mile Creek, requiring careful planning and coordination.
