Cossill & Webley is proud to have delivered end-to-end civil engineering services for Satterley’s award-winning Myella Estate in Wanneroo, supporting the project from initial due diligence through to construction delivery.

Winner of the 2024 UDIA WA Award for Excellence – Best Residential Subdivision, Myella is a standout example of urban transformation, transforming a PFAS-contaminated site into a thriving, high-quality residential community. The development comprises 194 lots across five stages, with three public open space areas.

Our team played a key role in guiding the project’s technical and environmental complexities, particularly the remediation of PFAS contamination and the design and delivery of offsite sewer infrastructure through both DBCA-managed wetlands and privately owned land. This required extensive coordination with stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure complete compliance.

During construction, Cossill & Webley provided ongoing superintendence and engineering support to ensure the project was delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with client expectations. Myella stands as a testament to the value of collaborative planning, innovative design, and engineering excellence.
