Supporting the growth of Perth’s north-west corridor, Global Business Park in Neerabup is Western Australia’s first industrial strata complex to achieve a Green Star rating – setting a new benchmark for sustainable industrial development.

From its energy-efficient design to its integrated solar generation and storage systems, the project prioritises sustainability at every level. Cossill & Webley played a key role in the delivery of this future-focused precinct, leading the design and documentation of the private electrical and communications network.
