Todd started with Cossill & Webley in 2014. He has been involved in boutique infill developments of 100 lots up to masterplanned communities in excess of 2000 lots, spanning the development process from feasibility and planning through to design and delivery. He has been involved with the delivery of infrastructure projects including wastewater pump stations, main sewers, major intersections and industrial developments. He has a passion for sustainable development, which has led to him being appointed to the UDIA’s Environment and Climate Action Committee in 2026.
