Troy is an experienced civil and geotechnical engineer with a strong track record in strategic project advisory, land development and infrastructure delivery. Troy brings deep technical expertise across the full project lifecycle—from early-stage feasibility and acquisition through to detailed design, approvals and contract administration.
Troy has played a key role in numerous major urban development projects across Western Australia, with a particular strength in feasibility due diligence, site acquisition, servicing and cost advice and development strategy. His ability to identify opportunities early in the development cycle enables clients to make informed investment decisions and capitalise on sound project outcomes.
Troy is a Consult Australia committee member and represents the Consulting community on the Water Corporation’s Urban Development Advisory Committee (UDAC), helping to shape infrastructure planning and policy outcomes.
