Theo brings 18 years of experience in urban development, including 15 years at Cossill & Webley. His MBA adds a commercial perspective to his engineering background, with a particular interest in the strategy and economics of a project. His work spans project management, planning, enabling infrastructure and stakeholder coordination, through to project delivery.
