Gap Ridge Industrial Estate

Gap Ridge Industrial Estate is DevelopmentWA’s premier industrial hub for the northwest. Spanning 240 hectares, the estate will be subdivided into 126 fully serviced industrial allotments ranging in size from 0.5 to 15 hectares.

Strategically located between Karratha and Dampier, the estate services the logistics industry across the northwest and support industries throughout the Pilbara.

Designed to accommodate logistics industries, the estate has wide roads designed for triple road train movements and has a shared-use Road Train Assembly area. The industrial estate includes light, general and noxious precincts to accommodate for all industrial land uses.

Major works has seen the extension of high voltage underground power to the site, relocation of overhead powerlines, water main extensions and construction of wastewater pumping stations and a wastewater treatment plant to service the development.
