Avril has over 25 years working as an engineer in the urban development and civil infrastructure fields.

Over this time, Avril has come to gain an appreciation for the role our industry plays in creating and shaping communities that will impact how people live, work and play for generations to come.  Avril is passionate about land use planning, and delivering practical, safe, innovative and sustainable outcomes.

Avril sits on the Council of the Urban Development Institute of Western Australia and is the Chair of the UDIA’s Environment Committee.
