Brad has been at Cossill & Webley since 2005, and in that time has been involved in a number of projects across the Perth Metropolitan area. These projects range from large scale master-planned greenfields subdivisions for major ASX listed developers, to smaller boutique type developments for private clients. Brad has also been involved in assisting developers by providing them with engineering advice to allow them to complete the due diligence necessary for them to successfully acquire land to add to their development portfolios.
What I enjoy about working at Cossill Webley
I enjoy being involved in the very early stages of a project. Engaging with authorities to see what needs to happen to bring a project from a plan to something tangible on the ground. Because Cossill & Webley has such a broad base of clients actively seeking their next acquisition it gives me the opportunity to see a lot of projects at this early stage.

Projects I’m proud of
My first project with Cossill & Webley was Vertu Private Estate in Harrisdale and is still the project I am most proud of being involved with. A significant collaborative effort was placed by the whole project team into retaining a number of mature trees throughout the estate which are still present today. It gave the development a sense of maturity from an early stage.
